This year's US Champs are this weekend in Eugene, Oregon. Thursday and Friday we compete so wish me luck. I'll be trying to keep the Blog updated as much as possible but the USATF website and decathlonUSA (including Zarnowski's annual US Champs Media Guide) will also have coverage.
